Seek the Help of a New York Casino Party Company – Don’t Plan Everything All by yourself
Planning to hold a party in New York? Why not try having a casino-themed party! These days, it is much easier to do so with the help of a New York casino party company. You no longer have to go on an endless search of casino rentals and people who would lend you the necessary accessories and equipments to duplicate the fun in a Las Vegas party. What’s even better is that you can already take Las Vegas to New York by holding such a party and let every one of your guests get blown away with all the casino games they can play!
New York city is one huge and terribly busy city. Some people may think that hosting a casino party somewhere in New York is better done alone. But this is not as easy as it seems. You may think that you get to spend less this way but if truth be told, what you save on money may go wasted with so many tasks at hand that needs to be taken care of. This is especially true if it’s your first time to arrange a casino party at some place in New York.
When planning a casino party to be held somewhere in New York, you need to consider a lot of things.
Remember, New York is a highly established city, which means there are several companies that offer various services for different types of needs. However in the case of casino related businesses, there are not much casino equipment rentals available in the area unless of course they are a New York casino company. So, the task alone of finding these casino equipments will surely be a big challenge already.
You should also note that the streets of New York tend to be small and crowded, which is why traffic can be such a pain. So imagine if you have to carry all these casino stuff and set it up on your place by yourself. But if you’ll just get the help of the casino party experts, you no longer have to worry about these things. All you need to do is focus on your list of guests and how you will be inviting them to attend your casino party including all other important aspects that you just cannot afford to miss preparing before starting the party.
Another thing is, although there are several venues available within New York that you can choose from when finding the perfect location to hold your party, you will definitely need to do your own researching in arranging the place for the party. Unlike when you hire a new york casino party company, these companies are so familiar already with New York city as a whole and that includes the different casino party venues within it. A professional New York casino party company would know exactly what to do and what exact kind of set-up will fit for every particular party venue inside of New York. So really, considering the value of your time, money, and effort – seeking the help of a casino party professional would be a better option rather than daring to plan everything on your own.

Halloween Party Ideas 2009
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year – a perfect opportunity to have a Halloween Party. Whether you are having a child’s party or adult party there are many themes and ideas that will keep your guests talking for years. Here are a few fun and easy suggestions:
Costume Party. This is nothing new, but you can put a twist on it. You can make it a Pirates and Princess party for kids or a male/female pirates party for adults. Famous people party works best for adults, with costumes available for celebrities, sports personalities, politicians, etc. If your crowd isn’t the type to put on elaborate costumes, simply ask everyone to dress in black and orange.
Non-Spooky party. Kids, especially young ones, can be scared by the darker side of Halloween. If you want a non-spooky party for kids, try a different theme like a sports party (where guests have to dress up like dancers, hockey players, football players, sumo wrestlers, etc.) Super heroes is also a fun theme. A girls’ party could be princesses and fairies. Animal costumes is another easy crowd favorite – especially if you decorate the room like a Halloween barn.
Invitations. Home made invitations are always fun and impressive. You can print photos, clip art or pictures from the internet to glue on paper. You can also cut the invitation card into silhouettes – like ghosts, pumpkins, witch hats, etc. The invitation could have something that springs out when the viewer opens it. Stickers and confetti are easy ways to decorate cards. Keep the card stock in Halloween colors like black, orange, purple or green.
Decorations. My favourite party look for Halloween is to replace all of the lights in the party room with black lights. Put black tablecloths on the tables, cover the walls with black paper or black posters. Cotton batting, spread thin to look like cobwebs, can decorate your black table cloth. Get white plastic plates so they will glow in the dark and appear to be floating on the table. For kids, Mountain Dew is a great beverage to put in clear plastic glasses, since it glows in the dark. Strings of orange lights are available at many party and dollar stores. Use these to line doorways and walls, or put them inside pumpkins instead of candles.
Food: Black and orange foods are always appropriate (such as as orange cheese, Cheetos, black licorice, chocolate, pumpkin cupcakes) as is spooky baked goods and candy. Carve out pumpkins and line them with clear plastic bags to use as chip bowls or flower centerpieces. A glowing fruit punch bowl or colored ice cubes make for fun drinks.
Music. Burn a cd ahead of time with fun Halloween and Thriller type songs. Sound effects are fun to mix in. You can often rent or buy dry ice machines or disco balls if you want to make the dance floor really “spooktacular”.

Birthday Party Invitations
Birthday parties have become some of the largest celebrations. A sweet sixteen party used to be just a slumber party and some pizzas. However, it has slowly morphed into a debutant ball being held at the finest hotels and plazas. So however you choose to celebrate the birthday milestone, it all starts when the guests receive their birthday party invitations.
Choosing an Invitation Theme. There are countless themes for birthday parties. The theme chosen depends on a variety of factors including age of the person and individual interests. For milestone birthdays there are some great invitations to mark a birthday for any age. Other elements that can be incorporated into the invitation include birthday cake or candles. Any type of celebratory theme will work well for a birthday party invitation. Gender can also play a roll in deciding on an invitation theme. Focusing on a specific interest of the guest of honor is a great way to choose an invitation theme.
Choosing Coordinating Favors. No party is complete without decorations, and all the little finishing touches that bring a party together. Party accessories such as napkins, cups, and streamers can be purchased to coordinate with the party invitation theme. Party favors such as notebooks, or other mementos, can also be ordered to coordinate.
Choosing Thank You Notes. Every host or guest of honor must send thank you notes to guests that attend the event or give gifts. To save time and to stick with a theme, order thank you notes when the invitations are ordered so they will coordinate with the theme. Thank you notes, just like invitations, can be purchased in a variety of themes, to match any type of birthday party.
Birthday party invitations are the first step to a great party. From the moment guests open the invitation, the mood is set for whatever birthday it may be, whether sweet sixteen or over the hill. And the party continues with great party favors and does not end until guests receive their thank you notes, as a wonderful reminder of a great birthday.

Surprise Birthday Invitations And Party Ideas For Kids
A surprise party for adults can be tricky. Now imagine a surprise party for kids – - – you’re going to need some help. With a few simple tips for invitations and some great surprise party ideas, you’ll be on your way to an excellent surprise for your birthday kid.
The surprise invitation
Most kids will have a real hard time trying to keep a secret – especially when it is something as good as a party. You don’t want to risk a slip-up at school or on the playground. Instead of sending surprise birthday invitations to the kids guests, send them to the parents. This way, you’ll be able to make sure your children’s friends can come to the party and not risk blowing the surprise. While you may have a theme for your child’s surprise party, you might want to keep this birthday invitation more subtle. You don’t want to give any clues to children with wagging tongues. It is probably a good idea to get the parents involved here too, as you might need help with a ‘fake’ activity for your guest of honor.
Sending birthday invitations to parents or babysitters
While you’ll need their help in getting their child to the party and keeping the secret, you might want to consider sending an actual birthday invitation to the parents as well. This is a great chance for you to get to know your child’s friends parents. And their help at the party might be critical if you’re expecting a large group. If you don’t want to send invitations to the parents, you might want to consider hiring a babysitter or two to help you out. You want to enjoy your child’s party also, not be overwhelmed by partying children.
Decorating for your Children’s surprise party
Once your birthday guest of honor is out of the house get your other kid guests over to help decorate. Make a special note on the birthday invitation that you’d like some help with the decorations and pretty soon you’ll have all the help you need. You might also enlist the help of parents and teachers when thinking of a theme for your surprise party. Once the house is decorated, you’ll have to close the drapes on the windows, so the guest of honor doesn’t see until they’ve entered the house. You might want to have a ‘quiet’ party activity in mind so your boisterous guests don’t give away your surprise as the guest of honor is arriving.
Location, location, location
As you well know, kids need entertainment. It’s not enough for them to yell ‘surprise’ and be entertained for the afternoon. Consider sending your birthday invitations for an afternoon at a kid-friendly restaurant, arcade, ice cream parlor, Movie Theater or your child’s favorite store. This will not only help with the entertainment, but will be a great way to keep your birthday party secret. Once the birthday invitations go out, you don’t have to worry about making any more plans for your home. Check with your favorite store or amusement location for more information on making this the perfect location for your child’s surprise party.
A few simple tricks and some planning can make any party for your child easy. Make sure your birthday invitations are clear and sent to the grown-ups for added secret keeping and you’re off to a great start.
